Once we receive your Request for refund of any pending/failed/disputed transaction, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of Amount debited from your bank or wallet) or to your bank account / as Go Pay balance.
This Policy is published in compliance of:
Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“Act”)
Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”)
Normal Time: 3 Working Days
Refund Timeline will depend on the nature of transaction & issue and it may exceed the normal time.
If Go Pay Digital needs additional time for any case, same will be informed to customer along with reason of delay and expected refund timelines
